Standard Registration	August 1 – September 1	$895 per registrant	Standard Registration rate will expire at 11:59pm EST on September 1, 2008.
On-Site Registration	September 8 – September 9	$995 per registrant	Onsite registration will open on September 8, 2008. Registrations and payments must be completed before or while onsite at the conference.
One Day Rate (Tuesday or Wednesday)	August 1 – September 1	$850 per registrant	Registrant can only attend Align 08 conference on Tuesday, September 9 or Wednesday, September 10.
Cancellation Fees	Now – September 9	$85 cancellation fee	All cancellation requests must be made in writing by sending an email to datasynapse@meetingexpectations.com or fax +1-404-240-0998. All registrations will incur an $85 processing fee.

Substitution Policy: If you register but are unable to attend, you may designate another attendee within your organization to take your place at no additional charge. Please send all substitution requests by email to datasynapse@meetingexpectations.com or fax +1-404-240-0998.

Online registration will be open until September 1, 2008. If you would like to register after this date, you will need to register onsite in Washington, DC

If you select “Check” for payment please print off the invoice that you will receive upon completion of your registration. Please ensure that your payment is submitted 30 days prior to the event to guarantee your registration.
